3. No Guarantees

While our methods and programs are designed to create real and lasting transformation, individual results may vary. We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your success depends on your commitment, effort, and individual circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for coaching sessions, packages, and programs must be made in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel sessions or services if payment has not been received.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds are not typically provided for completed sessions. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss potential remedies.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided on this website and during sessions—including but not limited to documents, videos, worksheets, and exercises—are the intellectual property of The Wisdom Inside Out. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
